Tai-Chi dla seniorów.


Stare powiedzenie mówi, że nie ma leku, który może zastąpić ruch, ale jest ruch, który może zastąpić lek.
Ruch jest jak najbardziej wskazany dla seniorów.

Tai-Chi na siedząco to dobrodziejstwo dla wszystkich, którym brakuje sił na inną formę aktywnosci fizycznej.
Ten rodzaj gimnastyki może się tez przysłużyć osobom długo siedzącym przy biurku, komputerze czy przed TV.
Zawsze można wygospodarować 15 minut dziennie, zwłaszcza że do ćwiczeń nie trzeba nawet wstawać.

I have been thinking about this . . . It looks so relaxing and fun. Kind of like ballet without the pain (I know of what I speak -- I danced for years). You've inspired me! : D

I believe this is so true Maria. When I continue my walking program my arthritis doesn't seem to bother me as much. I haven't tried Tai Chi. I will have to give it a try.

When I lived in Hong Kong Maria, you would see so many people engaging in Tai Chi. It is such a peaceful exercise. I love that scripture.
